Massage Therapist On-Call

Primary Purpose Of Position

Provide Spa guests with a relaxing experience by performing therapeutic massage.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with the Sonnenalp Spa standards of practice and protocols
• Uphold the standards of hygiene and sanitation as directed by law and the Spa policies and procedures
• Maintain a constructive attitude and effectively work in a team environment
• Participate in support training and staff meetings
• Auxiliary in Spa operations as requested by management
• Respond to guest special requests and contraindications
• Clean and re-stock treatment rooms

Special Skills/Equipment

• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Able to work weekend and holiday shifts and maintain a flexible working schedule
• Able to work under minimal supervision

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform the physical duties that the job requires
• Must be able to stand for full length of shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, crawling
• Must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per shift, 4-5 shifts per week
