Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists!

Responsibilities

- Sign on bonus of $500 after 90 days - Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity) - Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments - Steady schedule with loyal guests & members - W-2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage - Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience - Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity) - Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $52-$56 - Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57–$61 - Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $63–$80 - Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments - Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included - Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually - Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Requirements

- Full-time or part-time - Weekend/evening availability preferred - 10-minute turnover between services - Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
