Massage Therapist - Hilton Waikoloa Village

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team as a Massage Therapist, you’ll deliver professional massages and body treatments while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through memorable guest experiences.

Schedule

This role requires availability to work 5 shifts each week, including Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional spa treatments according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment by ensuring treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory by monitoring treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Ensure accurate documentation by completing and maintaining required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Support daily spa operations by assisting with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Valid Massage Therapist License
• At least 1 year of hotel spa experience
