As a Massage Therapist, you’ll be part of an exceptional team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests in an award‑winning spa environment. You’ll provide exceptional massage experiences and restorative treatments that restore and rejuvenate guests, working alongside a passionate team in a serene, luxury spa setting while ensuring every detail reflects Blackberry’s legendary hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of massage modalities (deep tissue, hot stone) and body treatments
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards
- Assist with spa operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory
- Stay current with state licensing and embrace new training opportunities
- Support team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- TN State Massage Therapy License required
- Luxury spa experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work Sundays and maintain consistent attendance
