Responsibilities

• Provide Massage and Spa services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism, and exceptional knowledge in the field of the healing arts.
• Provide all massages and spa treatments as outlined in The Auberge Resorts Collection protocol manual.
• Aid in establishing and maintaining standards of excellence in professional image and services.
• Aid fellow Spa team members with overall operations of spa to ensure guest and employee areas are well organized and meet Auberge Resorts standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain helpful, cooperative relations with co-workers.
• Explain and promote all spa and resort facilities, services and activities to guests, members and staff.
• Follow-up with Spa Manager on all comments, concerns and suggestions made by staff, members and resort guests.
• Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a state or nationally certified school of massage indicating a minimum of 750 hours of training in massage therapy.
• Current and active New Mexico Certification.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
• Advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology, understanding of the relationship between the structure and function of the human body, understanding of the theory, contraindications and benefits of massage therapy.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturdays and Sundays).
