About the role

The Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility in Kailua, Oahu seeks a worker to supervise a work crew and perform various manual tasks in maintaining landscaped grounds and adjacent areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a work crew
• Participate in performing a variety of manual work in the cleaning, care and maintenance of landscaped grounds and adjacent areas
• Use hand and power lawn tools, and operate light motorized equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Two years of full-time work experience in the care and maintenance of grounds and other landscaped areas
• A valid driver's license is required for some positions

Qualifications

• Overall paid or unpaid experience must be of such scope and responsibility as to conclusively demonstrate that you have the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Your calculation of experience must be based on full-time, 40-hour work weeks

Skills
