What They Actually DO (Projects)
- Ground-up commercial masonry projects
- Work includes: High-rise buildings, Universities, Schools, Churches, Heavy structural and architectural masonry (brick, block, stone)
- Fast-paced jobs where coordination, sequencing, and manpower management are critical
- This is big, visible work-not small patch jobs or maintenance.

Skillset
- Can independently run a jobsite
- Scheduling & sequencing
- Crew management
- Production tracking
