What We Are Looking For
- Caregivers with a driver's license, vehicle, car insurance, and a clean driving record (REQUIRED)
- Day-time availability
- Caregivers who can work in Mason County
- Licensed CNAs/HCAs (preferred, but not required)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Stand-by support, repositioning, or lifting
- Companionship—conversation, games, walks, etc.
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)
Schedule

Pay
- $23.25 – $24.75 per hour, based on experience
- $0.76/mile reimbursement
- Additional shift differentials may apply

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team
- Active WA State HCA or CNA license
- A smartphone for timekeeping (iPhone, Android, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
Education and/or Experience
For Washington State employees: Certified Nursing Assistant (C-NA), Home Care Aide (HCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) license is required to maintain employment (Fedelta does offer a fully compensated licensure program for those interested in continuing employment!) - licenses must remain in good standing during employment.
Certifications and/or Registrations
RN Delegation certification is highly desired.
A valid driver's license, satisfactory driver abstracts, and proof of auto insurance are required for individuals who drive while engaged in duties for Fedelta Home Care (not required).
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have experience with or the technical aptitude to proficiently use records management systems and health care programs such as WellSky Personal Care.

- Occasionally required to climb ladders or steps, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Visual acuity is necessary to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; viewing a computer terminal; reading; operating office equipment; operating a motor vehicle; and determining accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
