Responsibilities

• Apply waterproofing and stucco
• Pour reinforced concrete for foundations and walls
• Construct block structures and walls
• Create hardscapes for outdoor spaces
• Interpret and implement construction drawings

Requirements

• Experience in stucco and block walls/structures
• Proficiency in construction documentation and structural analysis
• Familiarity with building construction materials and techniques

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (nice to have)
• Knowledge of material testing procedures (nice to have)

Pay

$48,030 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
