Location: St. Germain, WI (on‑site plus travel within a 30‑mile vicinity)

Project scope: Custom residential masonry

Mandatory license/certification: Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Execute precise site layouts for footings, structural walls, and decorative CMUs directly from architectural plans.
• Build structural and decorative masonry elements including fireplaces, CMU walls, and custom stone features.
• Set up, pour, and hand‑finish concrete to verified elevations while strictly checking for level.
• Operate site transits, erect scaffolding safely, and ensure full job‑site efficiency and safety.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and project managers to streamline daily operations and materials.
• Track project completion timelines and verify accurate job‑site deliveries to meet benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands‑on masonry experience in residential or light commercial construction.
• Proficiency with CMUs, concrete mixes, ad‑mixes, brick, and natural stone installations.
• Ability to read building plans and set up complex layouts from footings to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete accessories, including trench drains, expansion joints, and sealers.
• Valid driver’s license and physical capability to lift up to 50 lb regularly in varying site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Certification as a competent person for safety‑compliant scaffold erection and tear‑down.
• Knowledge of natural stone veneer installation and custom residential concrete finishing techniques.

Compensation & Benefits
