Masker Trainee

About the Role

A detail-oriented production role focused on precision masking tasks. This position operates on a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a $3.00 per hour shift differential, bringing the base pay to $17.50 per hour. Overtime is available but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple tasks while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.
• Take initiative and demonstrate internal drive for results.
• Prioritize tasks according to relative importance.
• Follow documented procedures accurately.
• Work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and practices.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided (manufacturing experience a plus).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
• Sit and stand throughout the day as needed.
• Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.

Pay
