Responsibilities

• Efficient and safe material handling, storage, and transportation of goods.
• Masking Aerospace parts according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Using sharp instruments such as razor blades and knives safely.
• Communicating well with leadership, team members, and other departments.
• Reading, understanding, and following written instructions.
• Using measuring equipment as required.
• Writing and recording all necessary information on documentation.
• Identifying and applying pre-cut templates as required.
• Identifying and reporting equipment issues.
• Scanning jobs completed and maintaining an accurate list of materials and supplies for ordering.
• Keeping the work area clean, orderly, and hazard-free.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Ability to relate to and work well with people.
• Attention to detail and tolerance for precision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs multiple times during the work shift.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
