Job Overview Reports to: Department Supervisor Location: Lynwood, CAType: Temp to hire role Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm Positions Available: 2 Job Summary Responsible for shielding the surfaces of parts that do not require processing Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawingsFollow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasksEnsure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.)Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specificationsManage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulationsPerform other duties as required Skills & Abilities Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Other Physical Requirements Vision (Near, Distance)Sense of Sound - Able to hear average conversationsSense of TouchAbility to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Safety GlassesStanding for long periods of time Benefits Compensation Range $18.50 - $19.60 (DOE) Valence Surface Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
