About the Role
Performs a variety of duties relating to handling, preparing, storing, and serving Kosher meals to assure compliance with Jewish dietary laws. Responsibilities include checking invoices for products received, instructing personnel in proper procedures for food handling, and transferring food trucks to and from the Kosher Kitchen and Dining Rooms.
