Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in various production areas
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of production lines
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues and improve workflow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of wellpaper manufacturing processes and machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures
