We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have job description text. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse content. Given job description includes: - Job Description paragraph: "The Patient Care Associate works under the supervision of leadership..." etc. That could be "About the role" content. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Education: list of requirements. - Work Experience: details. - Licenses and Certifications: required. - Travel Requirements: required. - Qualifications Skills and Abilities: includes subcategories: Essential Technical/Motor Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Essential Physical Requirements, Essential Mental Abilities, Essential Sensory Requirements, Exposure to Hazards, Other Skills And Abilities. - ABOUT US: description of Mosaic Life Care, benefits, perks. We need to map to sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Travel Requirements). Qualifications (maybe combine Skills and Abilities?). Skills (maybe separate). Benefits (from ABOUT US). Pay and Schedule: not present, so omit. We must not invent placeholder text. So we include only sections with real content. We must use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none obvious. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the role

The Patient Care Associate works under the supervision of leadership. The Patient Care Associate works under the direction of an RN\LPN or Provider. Administers quality patient care according to established standards. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients. Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers.

    • Observes and reports changes in patient’s condition to nurse.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

We need to include Education, Work Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Travel Requirements. Could combine into one Requirements section with sublists? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have multiple
        inside the section. We'll put:

        Requirements

        Education

        • H.S. Diploma - Required
        • PCA education requirements - Required
        • Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training program in the last three years (excluding Albany caregivers)
        • ORA fundamentals of nursing course
        • ORA certified nursing assistant program with obtainment of certification (C.N.A.)
        • ORA graduate of a professional or practical nursing program who did not pass the state licensure examination in the past three years
        • ORA graduate of a professional or practical nursing program outside the United States and awaiting licensure in this country

        Work Experience

        • St. Joe and Maryville: In lieu of PCA education requirements, documented experience as a nurse assistant, emergency medical technician, or surgical technician in the past three (3) years - Required
        • In Home Health, 6 months of Hospital/Nursing Home experience - Preferred

        Licenses and Certifications

        • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required within 90 Days
        • CPI: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention - Required within 90 Days
        • Any other required training by the organization - Required within 90 Days

        Travel Requirements

        • Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required
Now Qualifications/Skills section: The posting has "Qualifications Skills and Abilities" with subcategories. We could make a section "Qualifications" (or "Skills")? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we have both Qualifications and Skills sections. We need to decide what goes where. The posting lumps them together; we could split: Qualifications could include the subcategories like Essential Technical/Motor Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Essential Physical Requirements, Essential Mental Abilities, Essential Sensory Requirements, Exposure to Hazards, Other Skills And Abilities. Skills maybe duplicate? But we should not create thin sections. Perhaps we put all under Qualifications and omit Skills if no distinct content. However we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section, but we have to use allowed headings. We could use Qualifications heading and put all the content there, and omit Skills heading because no separate distinct content. That seems okay. Thus:

        Qualifications

        Essential Technical/Motor Skills

        • Fine motor skills required, eye\hand coordination, answer phone, data entry.

        Interpersonal Skills

        • Displays a friendly, positive attitude and communicates with patients, families, physicians and co-workers in a professional manner.

        Essential Physical Requirements

        • Must walk, move, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift.
        • Must follow good body mechanics.

        Essential Mental Abilities

        • Ability to collect thorough information regarding patient's condition and evaluate effects of care; must be able to visually inspect patient's condition.
        • Problem solves, manipulate numbers, adaptability, interpret data, calculate, comprehend, understand, explain, assess, evaluate short term and long term memory.

        Essential Sensory Requirements

        • Visual, hearing, feeling, smell, speak.

        Exposure to Hazards

        • Needles, cuts, back injury, chemotherapy, and body fluids, blood, punctures, and scratches, physical injury from combative patients, radiation exposure, blood products, and road and weather hazards when driving required.
        • Infection/disease exposure from patients, visitors, and co-workers.

        Other Skills And Abilities

        • (No specific items listed? Actually the heading "Other Skills And Abilities" appears but no further detail. It might be a placeholder. We should not include empty placeholder. Since there is no detail after that heading, we should omit it to avoid filler. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we skip that.
Actually we should not include that heading at all if no content. So we will not include "Other Skills And Abilities" heading. Now Benefits section: From ABOUT US paragraph: "Mosaic Life Care is a health care system... Mosaic has a wide array of benefits to meet each employee’s individual needs. Our benefits were designed by listening to people just like you. Mosaic also offers several perks with a focus on ensuring our employees feel valued, including concierge services, employee lounge, wellness programs, free covered parking, free on-site and virtual health clinics and many more." We need to preserve all substantive information. So we can create a Benefits section with a paragraph describing benefits and perks. Use

for prose. Could also list perks as

          . The instruction: Use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list the perks as a list. Thus:

            Benefits

Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri. With a vision of transforming community health by being a life-care innovator, Mosaic places the holistic needs of patients first by providing the right care at the right time and place, offering high value and quality health care.

Mosaic has a wide array of benefits to meet each employee’s individual needs. Our benefits were designed by listening to people just like you.

Mosaic also offers several perks with a focus on ensuring our employees feel valued, including:

            • concierge services
            • employee lounge
            • wellness programs
            • free covered parking
            • free on-site and virtual health clinics
            • many more
We should not include "When paired with compensation and recognition, it is what continues to make us the employer of choice for employees at any stage of their journey." That's also substantive; we can include as a sentence. Add that sentence to the paragraph. Now we must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not present. Now ensure we didn't repeat any content inadvertently. Check we included all details: - Intro paragraph: yes. - Responsibilities list: includes all items. - Education: includes all bullet points exactly as in posting. Need to preserve the exact wording: "H.S. Diploma - Required", "PCA education requirements - Required", "Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training program in the last three years (excluding Albany caregivers)", "ORA fundamentals of nursing course", "ORA certified nursing assistant program with obtainment of certification (C.N.A.)", "ORA graduate of a professional or practical nursing program who did not pass the state licensure examination in the past three years", "ORA graduate of a professional or practical nursing program outside the United States and awaiting licensure in this country". Good. - Work Experience: "St. Joe and Maryville: In lieu of PCA education requirements, documented experience as a nurse assistant, emergency medical technician, or surgical technician in the past three (3) years - Required", "In Home Health, 6 months of Hospital/Nursing Home experience - Preferred". Good. - Licenses and Certifications: "Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required within 90 Days", "CPI: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention - Required within 90 Days", "Any other required training by the organization - Required within 90 Days". Good. - Travel Requirements: "Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required". Good. - Qualifications: we included subcategories. Check we didn't miss any: "Essential Technical/Motor Skills Fine motor skills required, eye\hand coordination, answer phone, data entry." We captured. "Interpersonal Skills Displays a friendly, positive attitude and communicates with patients, families, physicians and co-workers in a professional
