Responsibilities

• Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, soft diets)
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping

Requirements

No prior experience required; willingness to learn and provide compassionate care.

Pay

• Competitive pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
• $500 sign‑on bonus
• $100 referral bonus per hire (paid after 100 completed work hours for both referrer and referred)
• Opportunity for pay raise after 90 days
