About the role

As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will lead the delivery of innovative Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions that enhance client engagement. As a Manager, you will supervise and develop teams, securing quality deliverables while cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. This role offers the chance to leverage your knowledge in CMS and DAM programs, while mentoring junior staff and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and address complex challenges in project delivery
• Drive strategic initiatives that align with firm objectives
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and established practices in deliverables
• Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
• Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same
• Effectively mentor others
• Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g., refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements
• Lead AEM workstream delivery and quality control
• Design practical standards for components and workflows
• Manage dependencies, challenges, and timely resolutions
• Coach and develop junior practitioners
• Contribute to practice assets and reusable delivery patterns
• Support testing and release readiness activities
• Work with client product owners, architects, and designers to translate objectives into solution designs and delivery increments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years of experience

Skills

Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:

• Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Assets Developer Professional, Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), or Project Management certification (PMP)

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
