About the role

As our Bell Attendant, you’ll whisk guests to and from the hotel in style, sharing your insider tips on the best restaurants and must-see sights around town—think of yourself as their personal adventure guide! You’ll help guests with their bags, keep our vehicles looking spotless, and jump in at the front desk whenever needed. From handling concierge requests to ensuring every guest has an unforgettable stay, you’ll do it all with a warm smile, quick wit, and can-do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-first smile.
• Maintain a polished appearance in uniform and name tag to represent the hotel.
• Load, unload, and tag luggage, escorting guests to their rooms like VIPs.
• Handle suitcases, packages, and special deliveries with care and flair.
• Provide insider knowledge on local hotspots, attractions, and transportation options, including maps and directions.
• Safeguard sensitive areas, master keys, and guest privacy with responsibility and sound judgment.
• Uphold safety standards while driving and assisting guests.
• Assist at the front desk as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm, composed, and objective under pressure.
