About the role
The Marlin Bar is expanding across the United States, offering a relaxed environment for guests to shop, enjoy drinks, and dine out. As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional culinary experiences to guests while embodying Tommy Bahama core values.
- Participate actively in all location-related meetings and training sessions.
- Assist other team members in food services, including managing ingredients and preparing meals.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all food menus and recipes, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols for food and beverage services, as well as for team members and guests.
- Be receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Perform other duties as required and that may occasionally be necessary to support the business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 18 years old.
- One year of culinary/hospitality experience preferred.
- Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by law.
- Comfortable discussing food and beverage offerings with guests.
Qualifications
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, climb ladders, stand for up to 8 hours, and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work in a variety of environments, including multiple locations.

Pay
Rate Range: $20.00 or minimum wage - $24.00/hr
Schedule
