About the role

The role is responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings and facilities on campus. This includes tasks such as cleaning, painting, and fixing various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings and facilities on campus.
• Clean and paint various areas as needed.
• Fix and troubleshoot various building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in building maintenance or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
