About the role

The role of MarketPlace Development Associate involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new marketplaces. This includes understanding customer needs, creating product strategies, and managing the launch process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to define and execute market development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Create and manage project plans for new marketplace launches.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market development or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
