About the role
We are seeking a creative Videographer & Editor to join our team in Boston. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience, strong creative instincts, and a passion for video production. Reporting to the Senior Videographer, this individual will assist with various aspects of video production, including filming, lighting, audio recording, editing, and graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shoot prep, camera operation, lighting, audio recording, equipment setup, and location needs.
- Edit footage, sync audio, clean up, select graphics, add motion elements, and export final videos.
- Aid in ensuring content aligns with brand standards and adapts for various platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, web, and internal channels.
- Bring fresh ideas, current production techniques, visual references, and innovative approaches to enhance video content.
- Maintain production gear, organize project files, and manage footage, audio, graphics, and exports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2+ years of experience in videography, video production, editing, freelance work, internships, or related creative production.
- Working knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting, basic cinematography, production workflows, and on-location audio recording.
- Experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic experience with audio post-production, motion graphics, animation, photography, or drone operation is a plus.
- Creative, curious, collaborative, organized, and comfortable taking direction while contributing ideas to the team.
- A Reel, Portfolio, or work samples are strongly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable workspace at home.

Base Salary Range: $68,600.00 - $96,875.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances, a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level.
