Marketing Territory Area Rep

Position Overview

Houston Circle of Hope is a behavioral health company providing services to individuals with mental health issues. The Community Liaison Representative will serve as a liaison between the agency, the community, and referring agencies. They are responsible for creating demand for services through ethical marketing and sales methods, presenting a positive image of the agency, and enrolling referrals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Effectively build alliances and relationships that benefit both the client and the agency.
• Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher, and data base management).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of sales experience desired.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance, own laptop, cell phone, and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential referral resources such as schools, churches, neighborhood centers, civic centers, corporations, and hospitals.
• Foster and maintain clear, open communication with the management team regarding marketing efforts and outcomes.
• Maintain a database of all referral sources and develop a follow-up system to be reported on a monthly basis.
• Work closely with the Program Director and Community Outreach Coordinator to ensure marketing documentation aligns with strategies and processes.
• Be the primary point of contact for new leads requesting services from Houston Circle of Hope.
• Implement marketing efforts resulting in enrollment of 3-5 clients per month.

Pay

Will be discussed in interview. Position includes incentive pay for each referral enrolled.
