About the role

The Marketing Technology & Sales Specialist will own the technology, automation, reporting, and digital infrastructure that powers Crawford Group's go-to-market efforts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Crawford Group's website, CRM, marketing automation, lead lifecycle, sequence creation, reporting, and technology integrations
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation, pipeline growth, and operational efficiency
  • Optimize website conversions, build and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, lead capture, and marketing automation
  • Manage lead lifecycle processes, including lead routing, segmentation, qualification, and CRM data management
  • Create and interpret dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business decisions based on marketing, sales, and website performance data
  • Improve CRM data quality and maintain accurate data and reliable reporting
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Maintain high standards of organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a similar role
  • Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available during Pacific business hours
  • Comfortable with using AI to optimize strategic thinking and improve work outcomes
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, forms, lists, reporting, and dashboards
  • Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, landing pages, UX improvements, and SEO best practices
  • Experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, lead capture, and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business decisions
  • Strong understanding of CRM data governance, process documentation, and operational best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data and reliable reporting
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub certifications preferred
  • Experience creating selling sequences preferred
  • Experience with Apollo, Alta, or similar sales engagement and prospecting platforms preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager preferred
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns preferred
  • Experience with WordPress hosting platforms such as WP Engine and domain management through GoDaddy preferred
  • Experience with Yoast SEO or other SEO optimization tools preferred
  • Extensive experience using AI platforms to enhance work outcomes preferred
  • Comfortable working with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, etc. preferred
  • Experience in a B2B professional services, technology, SaaS, or agency environment preferred
  • Experience implementing or managing CRM and marketing technology integrations preferred
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) preferred
