About the role

The Marketing Technology & Sales Specialist will own the technology, automation, reporting, and digital infrastructure that powers Crawford Group's go-to-market efforts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Crawford Group's website, CRM, marketing automation, lead lifecycle, sequence creation, reporting, and technology integrations.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation, pipeline growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize website conversions, build and optimize digital marketing campaigns, and manage lead lifecycle processes.
  • Create executive dashboards and interpret marketing, sales, and website performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data and reliable reporting, and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a similar role.
  • Must reside in the Pacific, Mountain or Central Time Zones and be available during Pacific business hours.
  • Comfortable with using AI to optimize strategic thinking and improve work outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, forms, lists, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Experience managing WordPress websites, including content updates, landing pages, UX improvements, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, lead capture, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing lead lifecycle processes, including lead routing, segmentation, qualification, and CRM data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data governance, process documentation, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub.
  • Experience creating selling sequences.
  • Experience with Apollo, Alta, or similar sales engagement and prospecting platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with WordPress hosting platforms such as WP Engine and domain management through GoDaddy.
  • Experience with Yoast SEO or other SEO optimization tools.
  • Experience using AI platforms to enhance work outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, etc.
  • Experience in a B2B professional services, technology, SaaS, or agency environment.
  • Experience implementing or managing CRM and marketing technology integrations.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar).

Pay

$70,000 per year as a W2, Direct Hire of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hrs. per week.
