Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end MarTech platform implementations
- Integrate CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Drive personalization, content delivery, and customer journey orchestration
- Establish data governance, privacy, and consent management best practices
- Partner closely with Marketing, IT, Digital, Data, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT, MarTech, or digital transformation experience
- 6+ years implementing and integrating MarTech platforms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, or similar platforms
- Experience integrating enterprise data and analytics systems
- Strong understanding of CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and omnichannel marketing
- Experience working in regulated industries; life sciences experience is a plus
