Marketing Supervisor-Full-Time(Bettendorf)

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor leads the coordination of department communication and functions with Marketing Coordinators, develops and implements marketing strategies and events, and oversees promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Marketing Coordinators to ensure successful department coordination.
• Deploy and coordinate property contests, including ordering materials, setup, décor, and prize-winner selection.
• Manage and maintain promotional materials such as décor, merchandising, and other tools.
• Work with event staff to set up events, administer contests, issue prizes, and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Manage property social media accounts and website, coordinating with the corporate digital team.
• Book and manage property entertainment acts and events.
• Set up and deploy CMS promotions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, escalating to supervisory personnel when necessary.
• Resolve situations to maintain positive guest relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business operations.
• Maintain inventory control of all documents and supplies used by department personnel.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple duties under frequent time pressure.
• Frequent sitting with intermittent standing and walking.
