MARKETING SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Manage Dining Services social media platforms and content calendar, creating engaging graphics, photography, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Lead the creation, placement, and maintenance of campus dining signage, menu boards, digital screens, and promotional displays.
• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of Dining Services events, activations, meal plan initiatives, and campus programs.
• Design print and digital marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across all Dining Services locations and initiatives.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Creating graphics, campus programs, and social media experience is required.
• Florida Level 2 background screening may be required for certain positions.
