About the role
As a Marketing Strategy Associate in the Card Lending team, you drive execution-first delivery of campaigns across owned channels, translating strategy into launch-ready creative and contact plans. You partner across teams to ensure accurate, on-time launches with strong controls and compliance checkpoints. You also support post-launch reporting by turning performance results into clear recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to ensure accurate, consistent, and on-time delivery across channels
- Coordinate creative development inputs, routing, and approvals to support launch readiness
- Maintain controls and campaign documentation, including proofing, version control, approvals, and audit-ready change tracking
- Conduct pre-launch quality checks to confirm content, targeting, and contact plans are accurate and compliant
- Pull and synthesize post-launch performance data into clear results readouts for partners and leaders
- Monitor performance against goals and identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, offers, and timing
- Prepare campaign recaps, business updates, and recommendations in partnership with Analytics and Channel teams
- Support control evaluations by partnering with Controls stakeholders and contributing to process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 1 year of professional experience in marketing or analytics (remove years of experience for EMEA roles)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and deliverables
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, and digital placements
- Experience working within marketing controls, compliance, and approval workflows
- Familiarity with performance reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau)

Pay
Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay.
