Responsibilities
- Manage moderately complex projects from planning through successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cook up project resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party partners.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Support project governance and ensure adherence to established processes.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and recommend process improvements.
- Aid in project proposals, planning, and cost estimates as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of six years of experience managing marketing, business, or cross-functional projects.
- Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
