About the role
We’re looking for a technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of outbound email marketing, CRM automation, and digital ad execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Email & Lead Generation
- Build and manage cold outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
- Manage inbox rotation, domain warm-up, sending infrastructure, and A/B testing.
- Handle list enrichment and monitor replies to identify quality leads.
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Create and send newsletters and announcements to existing leads and clients.
- Build email automations and nurturing sequences in GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
- Segment, clean, and manage contact lists to maximize engagement and deliverability.
- Paid Advertising
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and make ongoing optimizations based on performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external designers for creatives and landing pages.
- Reporting & Performance
- Track and report on campaign performance weekly with actionable insights.
- Maintain high deliverability and engagement rates across all outbound communications.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, focused on lead generation.
- Experience running cold email campaigns with tools like Instantly or Lemlist.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and basic funnel strategy.
- Fluent in English — excellent written and verbal communication required.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in high-ticket or U.S.-based service businesses.
- Familiarity with private aviation, luxury travel, or concierge services.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.
- Experience in the private aviation, luxury services, or high-ticket sales industries.
- Strong understanding of sales automation tools, AI-driven analytics, and lead generation
