Marketing Specialist (Req #1225)
About the role
The Marketing Specialist will manage all marketing administrative tasks to support the company's marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Work with regional leadership and sales teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and budgets
- Aid in executing marketing programs and creating budgets to support business growth and customer engagement
- Participate and support regional events, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up
- Travel as needed to assist with regional activities, events, and team collaboration
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through email, digital, social media, and events
- Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
- Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support
- Create and edit marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral
- Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and contact lists
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics
- Support lead generation activities and follow-up processes in CRM systems
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing assets

Position specifics
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $21.63 and $26.44 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.

If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will" position, and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Pay & Benefits
