Responsibilities
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and demonstrates resiliency in dealing with difficult customers.
- Welcomes guests and introduces them to the Players Club program.
- Assists with marketing calendar planning, PRF submissions, direct mail, and collateral routing and approval process.
- Coordinates all in-house signage and collateral advertising.
- Works with vendors on printing of collateral and signage.
- Enters player tracking information into AS/400 system.
- Assists with the development of community relations and governmental programs and strategies; attends off-site functions (meetings, mixers, receptions, events) as a representative of BTNO.
- Coordinates entertainers’ press releases, photo sessions, and hotel arrangements; prepares and distributes entertainment schedules.
- Attends meetings/events to network and increase BTNO visibility.
- Coordinates the property promotions program process in support of property revenue.
- Builds promotions in the gaming system.
- Executes promotional, special, and VIP events.
Requirements
- Associate degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance, or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
