Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Drive content and campaigns across the funnel (feature releases, product updates, campaign planning, and website pages)
• Turn big ideas into copy that's sharp, human, and unmistakably Rentvine
• Help our team manage projects to completion
• Flex into social scheduling, project management, and ad creative adjustments

Qualifications

• Location: Eastern Time Zone (ET). Preferred local to Estero, FL for in-person collaboration, but remote within ET is welcomed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in content marketing, copywriting, or product marketing (SaaS or B2B a plus).
• A natural storyteller; sharp, engaging, and just as strong in writing as you are on your feet.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation, brainstorming, and first drafts.
• Grasp of SEO, content marketing, paid media strategies and platforms.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong research instincts.
• Comfortable jumping into a huddle with product, design, growth, and sales.
• Experience with content, project management, or social scheduling tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Hootsuite) a plus.
• Basic website/CMS experience and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager are a plus.
• Ready to wear multiple hats - this is a generalist seat on a fast-moving team.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 55,000 - 65,000 USD per year (Estero)
