Marketing Specialist II

About the role

The Marketing Specialist II role manages end-to-end campaign execution for defined segments or initiatives. This role translates strategic direction into actionable campaign plans, ensuring alignment across channels, partners, and timelines. The Specialist plays a key role in optimizing execution and improving campaign performance through coordination, insight, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign execution for segment and product initiatives
• Translate strategic briefs into detailed campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-channel execution (digital, email, paid media, branch, etc.)
• Partner with Strategy teams to refine briefs and ensure executable plans
• Manage campaign performance tracking and provide insights for optimization
• Identify and resolve execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
• Drive consistency and efficiency in campaign processes and workflows
• Mentor and guide Marketing Specialists

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, execution, or operations
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
