Job Mission

What You Will Do

  • Brand Marketing + Project Management 60%
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Cook up with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for campaign development.
    • Contribute to the creation, production, and dispersion of marketing collateral, including email campaigns, promotional materials and marketing collateral.
    • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
    • Aid in coordinating events, shows and promotional activities.
    • Manage weekly promotional communication with distributor partners in a timely manner.
    • Participate in social and environmental initiatives to increase Davines' level of sustainability.
  • Operations Support + Sales Analytics Support 40%
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of success.
    • Assist in analyzing data to make data-driven recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
    • Manage details of promotions and price lists, including new product launches, SKU transitions, discontinued SKUs, new merchandise, and out-of-stock merchandise.
    • Key point of contact between our suppliers, Client Relations team, and DNA’s warehouse for all activities within the professional color category.
    • Support with processing marketing invoices while ensuring timely communication with our Accounting Team.

Who You Are (Qualifications/Skills Required)

  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing preferred
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or Airtable is a plus.
  • Curious, open-minded, and with a constant drive for excellence
  • Authorized to work in the US.
