About the role

Join a global AI training team as a Marketing Documents Specialist. You’ll create, review, and refine German-language marketing materials while contributing insights to model development and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine marketing documents—brochures, presentations, and reports—in German using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Produce authentic marketing content that reflects real-world business scenarios and strategies.
• Evaluate and ensure accuracy, coherence, and clarity in German-language marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the AI training team to provide input for model development and quality assurance.
• Offer insights into best practices for marketing documentation within Fortune 500 environments.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity in all project deliverables.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with marketing documentation, preferably for Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document, spreadsheet, and presentation creation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Expertise in creating compelling marketing content and collateral.

Pay

$10 – $55/hour
