The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support ministry activities and advance CBN’s Biblical mission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.
About the role
Coordinate the production of multi-faceted direct mail projects from conception and design through delivery. Responsibilities include audience creation, component design analysis and approvals, print production, quality control, mail insertion, and adherence to all postal regulations for both external (Sepire) and internal print jobs. Post-production involves analyzing and recording mailing statistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead direct mail campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and postal regulations.
- Oversee audience segmentation, design approvals, print production, and quality control.
- Manage mail insertion processes and track post-production mailing statistics.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize software tools to track data, generate reports, and maintain accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Three to five years of professional experience in direct mail production or related marketing projects.
- Working knowledge of multi-faceted direct mail campaigns and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise/cloud-based software (e.g., Iterable, Epicor, Asana, CRM systems).
- Strong time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission and Biblical principles.

Pay
