Marketing Specialist - Field Department
Support the planning, execution, and coordination of field marketing activities for Liebherr USA, Co., and its divisions. This role assists with marketing programs, events, campaigns, and materials, ensuring timely, on-brand delivery aligned with established guidelines. Works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to translate marketing plans into effective execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of field marketing plans and activities aligned with corporate marketing strategies and divisional priorities.
- Assist with the planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, and field marketing activities, including timelines, logistics, materials, vendors, and on-site support.
- Support branded merchandise and facility branding activities, including coordination of materials, inventory tracking, and documentation in accordance with brand standards.
- Manage and monitor the company’s online merchandise store/inventory.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align field activities with campaigns, content, and product launch schedules.
- Maintain event-related systems, schedules, and documentation; support basic reporting, expense tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Follow established marketing policies, brand guidelines, and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all field marketing activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans and strategy.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Field Marketing Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- 2-4 years of equivalent experience in field marketing or related roles.
- Domestic and international travel up to 20% - 30% of the time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

Pay
$59,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year.
