Key Responsibilities
- Execute recurring marketing campaign activities, including campaign setup, material versioning, production crosswalks, bundling, and task tracking.
- Maintain accurate campaign, project, and process documentation.
- Cook up campaign deliverables with Marketing, Creative, Legal, Regulatory, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
- Provide proactive status updates, identify risks, and help keep projects on schedule.
- Apply UnitedHealthcare brand guidelines, compliance standards, and communication requirements to marketing materials.
- Use project management tools, including Workfront when applicable, to schedule touchpoints, review proofs, and track weekly progress.
- Support the organization and review of campaign data, production details, and related records.
- Anticipate team needs and contribute practical solutions that improve campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, creative traffic, project coordination, or campaign management.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare, retiree programs, or other regulated industries.
- Experience using Workfront or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Visio, or related marketing technology tools.
- Experience supporting direct mail, bill of materials, or production workflow processes.
- Ability to connect detailed campaign execution to broader member engagement and business objectives.
