About the role

This role supports campaign planning, content creation, and execution across email, web, and digital channels. The primary focus is on email marketing, campaign execution, website updates, and content creation. Social media support is secondary.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Aid in planning and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal initiatives.
    • Bring campaign ideas to life across email, web, and supporting channels.
    • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
  • Email & SMS Marketing
    • Build, design, and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
    • Create clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for promotions and client communication.
    • Segmentation and campaign setup for effective targeting.
    • Maintain a high standard of design and layout across all email communications.
  • Website & Landing Pages
    • Update website content, promotions, and landing pages.
    • Build pages that support campaigns and improve conversion.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless user experience across the site.
  • Content Creation & Creative Execution
    • Create marketing assets including email designs, graphics, and digital content using Canva or similar tools.
    • Maintain a cohesive and elevated brand aesthetic across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with the team to source and organize content (images, testimonials, etc.).
  • Social Media (Supporting Role)
    • Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media.
    • Ensure social content aligns with overall campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Organization & Collaboration
    • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
    • Stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support overall marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or campaign execution.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Strong copywriting skills for emails, promotions, and web content.
  • Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Experience updating websites or working with landing pages (WordPress and Shopify preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working on promotional campaigns or product launches.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer or service-based business.
