Why Is This Role So Special
Under the direction of the Senior Product Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist supports the strategy, planning, coordination of execution, and performance tracking of internal and external marketing initiatives, including events. This role helps ensure all marketing efforts align with business objectives, strengthen brand presence, and drive engagement and pipeline growth. The Marketing Specialist owns campaigns from creative brief through launch, coordinating execution across cross-functional stakeholders, managing campaign intake and delivery across channels, and contributing to high-quality, results-driven marketing experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own Project Execution Across Key Growth Initiatives
- Facilitate execution by managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across: SEO agency initiatives, Website updates and blog production, Conversion and performance optimization projects, In-product advertisements through Appcues, Organic and paid social media activities, Email campaigns, Digital and in-person events
- Track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure accountability
- Identify blockers early and help drive resolution
- Prioritize work based on business impact (pipeline, ACV, conversion)
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Own campaign management end-to-end, from intake of the initial brief through launch and post-campaign analysis
- Intake and manage incoming campaign requests, including scoping objectives, audience, channels, and timelines from the initial creative brief
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (design, content, demand gen, sales) to keep campaigns on track from brief approval through asset delivery and launch
- Maintain a campaign calendar and project tracker to provide visibility into active, upcoming, and completed campaigns
- Facilitate efficient and timely execution of campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid, social, website, events) by coordinating deliverable creation, configuring platforms, and managing deployment logistics
- Support data scraping, list building, and enrichment efforts to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences
- Maintain the team's content and asset library, including video assets, ensuring copies and versioning stay current so campaigns have what they need at launch
- Track campaign performance post-launch and compile results into clear campaign optimization summaries with actionable recommendations for future campaigns
- Marketing Alignment & Project Coordination
- Lead twice-weekly marketing stand-ups to drive clarity on priorities, progress, and blockers
- Oversee project distribution to ensure balanced workloads and on-time execution
- Track freelancer hours and budget to ensure efficient use of resources
- Provide monthly reporting to leadership on freelancer spend and impact
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, workflows, and accountability
Experience and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, operations, or a related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, dashboards, or similar tools)
- Strong communicator who can follow up and keep projects moving
- Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn quickly
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or website performance metrics
- Exposure to SEO, content marketing, or end-to-end campaign management
