Responsibilities

• Participate and support a diverse portfolio of creative projects.
• Partner with team mates in every department in the organization.
• Support the growth of Winter's marketing team by providing company-wide impact.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction Industry.
• Prior experience creating proposals in response to RFPs.
• Strong copywriting ability.
• Experience with content creation and narrative storybuilding.
• Experience coaching internal teams for presentations preferred.
