$60,000–$80,000 + Performance Bonuses VueTech is hiring a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition and revenue across our security systems, network infrastructure, and IT services business. This role is focused on generating inbound demand, optimizing marketing channels, and scaling growth through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with sales and leadership to directly impact pipeline and revenue. We are looking for someone analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies to generate inbound leads and increase revenueManage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, email, and social media)Analyze data and performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROITrack and report on lead generation, cost per acquisition, and campaign performanceImprove website performance, landing pages, and funnels Must Have 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketingStrong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metricsExperience with Google Ads, SEO, or paid acquisitionFamiliarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or similar)Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously Nice to have Experience in B2B marketing (services, IT, or infrastructure)Additional languagesExperience with CRM toolsExperience scaling paid ad campaigns or SEO-driven trafficCookie PolicyPrivacy Policy
