About the Role

The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team to increase quality traffic and sales for all communities by ensuring deliverables are created on time and accurately according to Toll Brothers brand standards. This role manages campaign, social media, public relations, and events calendars while demonstrating strong multitasking, self-sufficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide back-end project management support with a friendly and caring demeanor.
  • Traffic all projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
  • Proof all deliverables/tactics for correct content, ensuring proper disclaimers, licensing information, and compliance with brand standards.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks while maintaining detail orientation and effective time management.
  • Adhere to all internal procedures for trafficking projects.
  • Make recommendations based on upcoming community checklists, media schedules, and weekly meetings.
  • Assist with research opportunities.
  • Upload files to the Digital Asset Management system.
  • Attend grand opening events and travel to supported divisions as necessary.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to address business needs and issues.
  • Collaborate with employees across multiple departments.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as a self-starter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (essential).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising (essential).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficient knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Expert multitasking with high-level organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
