About the role
This on-site, full-time position supports the marketing team in increasing quality traffic and sales for all communities by ensuring deliverables are created accurately and on time according to Toll Brothers brand standards. The Marketing Specialist manages campaign, social media, public relations, and events calendars while demonstrating strong multitasking, self-sufficiency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide back-end project management support with a friendly and caring demeanor.
- Traffic all projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Proof all deliverables for correct content, proper disclaimers, licensing information, and brand compliance.
- Plan and prioritize tasks with a focus on detail orientation and effective time management.
- Adhere to internal procedures for trafficking projects.
- Make recommendations based on community checklists, media schedules, and weekly meetings.
- Assist with research opportunities and upload files to the Digital Asset Management system.
- Attend grand opening events and travel to supported divisions as necessary.
- Apply creative problem-solving to address business needs and issues.
- Collaborate with employees across multiple departments.
- Take on additional responsibilities as a self-starter.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
