About the role
The Marketing Specialist supports marketing initiatives across The Hiller Companies by managing projects, coordinating events, maintaining brand standards, supporting digital efforts, and delivering marketing resources that enable business growth. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agency partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects, requests, and timelines across multiple business units and locations.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, social media, and online business listings.
- Maintain Google Business Profiles, location information, and respond to online reviews.
- Assist with the development, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate trade show and event logistics, registrations, promotional materials, booth assets, and on-site support.
- Develop, update, and distribute sales collateral, brochures, presentations, and branded promotional items.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all digital and physical channels.
- Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Assist with branch integration, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and process documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay
Pay Range: $65,000–85,000 annually. The posted salary range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position at the time of posting. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and market considerations. The posted range reflects base salary only and does not include bonuses, commissions, overtime, or the value of employee benefits.
