About the role
Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility, has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. In addition, we have numerous facilities in locations throughout the Texoma region. Since 1965, TMC has forged a special relationship with the people of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, offering major specialty services including open heart surgery and neurosurgery, with advanced resources such as certified trauma care supporting TMC's role as a regional specialty center.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day oversight of facilities and hospital service lines at Texoma Medical Center and TexomaCare, as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans for assigned facilities and service lines.
- Oversee implementation and execution of marketing initiatives, including cross-platform branding campaigns and multi-platform programs.
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in alignment with the Texoma market's overall strategic marketing plan.
- Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors to deploy successful campaigns from ideation to execution that enhance Texoma’s reputation and increase facility traffic.
- Collaborate with marketing team members and facility leaders to execute marketing programs.
- Assist as needed at all Texoma executed and/or sponsored community events and programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration is optional.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing; 5 years preferred.
- Exceptional written, oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with internet research, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphic software.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Detail-oriented with initiative and commitment to adherence to the TMC Compliance Program and Code of Conduct, including reporting suspected compliance issues to the Compliance Officer.
