General Responsibilities
- Maintains collateral and creates customized content for proposals.
- Writes new pieces and edits resumes, project descriptions, and management plans for proposals.
- Researches and gathers information for proposals and presentations.
- Organizes and maintains a content library of resumes, project descriptions, photographs, standard narratives, and submitted SOQs/proposals.
- Organizes events and trade shows.
- Performs data entry for CRM and vendor forms.
- Updates resumes and project capsules.
- Assists with proofreading, edits, and formatting.
- Maintains registrations, licenses, and memberships.
- Follows safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects.
- Participates in pre-task planning.
- Reports any safety issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field and 2 years of marketing and communications experience.
- Or, 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
- Strong time management and understanding of A/E/C industry.
- Attention to detail and provide quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Understand basic marketing principles.
- Understand project lifecycle.
